Sievert has recently completed a new instructional video on the TW 5000. The TW 5000 is Sievert’s automatic electronic hot air welder. The most common use for this product is to heat weld the seams of TPO, PVC, or modified bitumen roof systems.

Many customers are concerned that a machine like this may be too complicated to use. This is why Sievert created a video showing customers just how easy it is! This video briefly covers the basics and should be viewed by anybody interested in purchasing a robotic welder, or anybody who has just purchased their first TW 5000. Organizational change - Region Sievert International

From September 10, 2009, Mr Frédéric Peytié will take up the position as Sales Director Region Sievert International.

Region Sievert International was established in February 2009, when implementing our new global Sievert regional sales organization and is responsible for growing our sales in Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Greece, Turkey, Italy, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, Africa and South America.

Frédéric Peytié is 43 years old and born in France. He has 13 years of international sales and marketing experience from the global tool industry and has been working for Sandvik Saws & Tools, Bahco Group and SNA Europe in positions such as International Sales Program Manager and Product Manager. In his previous roles he has been travelling extensively all over the world and has been driving a number of successful international sales & marketing start-up projects.

Sievert AB and Lister Gases Limited have on April 30, 2009, signed an agreement to form a new joint venture company - Sievert UK Limited.

Mr Nick Carter from Lister Gases has been appointed Managing Director of the new company which will be based near Birmingham in England. Lister Gases, Nick Carter and his team have for many years been the distributor of Sievert in the UK.

Sievert will own 51 % of the shares and Lister Gases 49 % of the shares in the new company. The objective is to rapidly gain market share in the UK through combining the leading competence of Lister Gases in development, sales and distribution of solutions for LP gas cylinder refills with the world leading competence of Sievert in development, manufacturing and sales of heating tools for professionals.
